Guadalmina Alta
Guadalmina Alta is the area immediately west of the coastal town of San Pedro on Spain’s Costa del Sol and is one of the most prestigious residential addresses on the coast.

Guadalmina is located some 10 minutes drive from Marbella’s Puerto Banus, just west of the charming and typically Spanish coastal town of San Pedro de Alcántara.
It’s also just a 10 minute drive to the town of Estepona.
The area boasts a 36-hole golf course andcounts 3 more quality golf courses amongst its close neighbours: Monte Mayor, Atalaya Golf and El Paraiso.
It is also conveniently located for a selection of local public and private schools and the Guadalmina Commercial Centre, which offers a variety of different amenities and services, including a large supermarket, banks, restaurants, bars and cafés, an English language bookstore, furniture stores and many other retail outlets.
Guadalmina is essentially divided into two areas – Guadalmina Alta and Guadalmina Baja. Guadalmina Alta located on the northern side of the main N-340 coast road.
The properties for sale here vary from high-end private villas to more moderately priced front line golf apartments and townhouses – and the good news for buyers is there’s a great selection of these properties on the market.
