The spa here really epitomises the height of luxurious Mediterranean living, counting a heated indoor pool (in which it’s possible to swim against an artificially produced tide), vertical projecting water jets, a sauna, a hydro-massage tub, a Turkish bath and fully kitted out gym, amongst its many fine attributes.

And as a single-access gated community, it’s an ideal, safe environment for families with children.

So what about the apartments themselves?

Well, although the vast majority of the properties that originally went on sale here are now sold, there are still some 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses available.

To give you a brief overview…

  • They all come with generously proportioned living areas, antique marble floors and hot/cold air conditioning throughout.
  • The en suite and guest bathrooms feature rustic-style marble tiles walk-in showers, heated floors and double sinks.
  • The kitchens are pre-installed with Siemens appliances and each apartment has its own separate utility/laundry room.
  • The limited number of ground floor apartments that are still available boast small gardens and terraces for exclusive private use of the owners, whilst the apartments located on the upper levels – especially the penthouses – have terraces offering plenty of space for those who enjoy a spot of ‘al fresco’ living to create both an outdoor living and a dining area.
