Why are beach front properties in Estepona so desirable?
I thought I’d start this post with a picture – a picture that says far more than any words can about why buying a beachfront property in Estepona still remains the dream of so many people…
He came closer and leant his arms on top of the terrace wall.
“My wife and I bought here purely because of this…this lovely view. We saw many different apartments up and down the coast, on golf courses and such, but when it came down to it, you just can’t beat living right next to the beach.”
He seemed to drift away, lost in his own thoughts for a moment, before he added, “You know, we really do feel blessed to wake up to this everyday…”
And that sums it up in a nutshell – living right next to the beach, at the southern-most tip of mainland Europe with nothing than a few kilometres of the shimmering blue Mediterranean between you and the northern coast of the African continent really does feel like a blessing.
Other clients and friends of mine that also live by the beach say the same – that the sea air, the unbroken views and the fact that you can just step from your front door on to the beach for a refreshing swim in the sea, a sunbathe or a stroll along the sand any time you feel like it is what living on the Costa del Sol is all about.
I couldn’t agree more.
