Atalaya de Rio Verde

Atalaya de Rio Verde is an upmarket residential area just north of Puerto Banus in Marbella on Spain’s Costa del Sol.

The area is mainly home to expansive private villas and luxury apartment complexes located along broad tree-lines avenues, which due to their close proximity to Puerto Banus – with its myriad of designer boutiques, shopping malls, entertainment centres, bars, restaurants and nightlife – are amongst the most sought-after properties on the Costa del Sol.

Of course, being close to Puerto Banus means the area is also close to some of the best beaches Marbella has to offer and some of the most exclusive beach clubs to be found anywhere in Spain.
